★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho Acquistato scorsa settimana un paio di scarpette da Calcio per mio figlio….sabato dopo la prima partita ha accusato qualche problemino ai piedi lamentandosi che gli facevano male.
Mi sono recato questa sera in negozio e il commesso Francesco e’ stato veramente gentile e disponibile nell’accogliermi,evidenziando la problematica,mi e’ stato consigliato di fargli provare un numero più piccolo.
Problema risolto e scarpe cambiate nonostante siano già state utilizzate e non rivendibili.
Tornerò sicuramente(ma sono cliente già da tempo)….E complimenti a Francesco per la professionalità e la cortesia.
 Last week I bought a pair of football boots for my son .... Saturday after the first game he accused some problems with his feet complaining that they hurt him.
I went to the shop this evening and the clerk Francesco was really kind and helpful in welcoming me, highlighting the problem, I was advised to let him try a smaller number.
Problem solved and shoes changed even though they have already been used and cannot be resold.
I will definitely be back (but I have been a customer for some time)…. And congratulations to Francesco for his professionalism and courtesy.

Bad experience. Once I got to the checkout I was issued a receipt with a much higher price than my purchases. Luckily I noticed in time. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è bello e il personale super disponibile e trovi articoli interessanti che neanche ti aspetteresti mi è stato consigliato da un amico che ovviamente è in buona fede ed inconsapevole .. Ma oggi è il primo giorno che fa freddo in pieno inzio della stagione invernale ... Ho le idee chiare e vado per comprare, voglio una giacca della North face ma non ne hanno nemmeno una della mia taglia di nessun modello nemmeno da farmi provare per farmi un idea ... Non sono ne un gigante ne minuto taglia xl uomo adulto 80 kili... 180cm .... Nessun prodotto disponibile.... Mi dicono che ne hanno una xl a colle strada in un altro negozio.... Solo uno e solo un modello che non ho nemmeno potuto provare ... Capisco se chiedevo un costume da bagno di una marca sconosciuta e se ero 150 kili a fine novembre ... Ma non avere una taglia standard di nessun tipo o modello della marca più alla moda del momento è veramente l 'antitesi del commercio ... Cliente perso
The shop is nice and the staff super helpful and you find interesting items that you wouldn't expect. It was recommended to me by a friend who obviously is in good faith and unaware .. But today is the first day that is cold in the middle of the winter season. .. I have clear ideas and I'm going to buy, I want a North Face jacket but they don't even have one of my size of any model not even to let me try on to get an idea ... I'm neither a giant nor a small size xl man adult 80 kilos ... 180cm .... No products available .... They tell me they have one xl at the street in another shop .... Only one and only one model that I have not even been able to try .. I understand if I was asking for a swimsuit from an unknown brand and if I was 150 kilos at the end of November ... But not having a standard size of any type or model of the most fashionable brand of the moment is really the antithesis of the trade .. Lost customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi hanno fatto acquistare con la carta del Rdc, cerco di spiegare alla commesso che posso comprare abbigliamento col rdc anche da loro che no, non sono un bene di lusso come lei ha detto, lo so perchè ho l'app con le regole, ma lei voleva saperne di più; esco da lì, vado alle poste le quali mi dicono che NON POSSONO impedirmi di pagare i vestiti col rdc perché lo dice la legge che posso farlo e no, king non siete ritenuti un bene di lusso, almeno dalle poste che fanno le regole, poi come vi sentite voi è un'altra storia. Per dubbi e curiosità vi invito ad andare sul sito del Ministero, in ogni caso non rivedrete i miei soldi né in rdc né in contanti.
Volevo allegare foto delle regole ma tramite modifica non è possibile, sarò lieta di inviarvene una copia se mi rilasciate una mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio non è ben fornito. Il reparto scarpe ha dei modelli poco accattivanti e il reparto abbigliamento running è scarso. È dotato di un piano inferiore con abbigliamento anche carino ma caro. Qualche metro più in là c’è un negozio aperto da poco con alcuni capi uguali con prezzo nettamente inferiore. Anche le commesse sono inesperte, poco professionali, forse alle prime armi. Nel complesso ho trovato confusione nel negozio e poca attenzione al cliente . Peccato, il cliente dovrebbe essere al centro delle attenzioni….
ps: in risposta al vostro intervento ci tengo a sottolineare che le fidelity card per accedere ad ulteriori sconti sono presenti nella maggior parte dei negozi. Parlavo dei prezzi esposti comunque superiori ad altre catene, tipo Cisalfa, per citarne uno.
The shop is not well stocked. The shoe department has unattractive models and the running clothing department is scarce. It features a lower level with cute but expensive clothing. A few meters further there is a shop that has just opened with some of the same items at a much lower price. Even the orders are inexperienced, unprofessional, perhaps novice. Overall I found confusion in the shop and little customer focus. Too bad, the customer should be the center of attention….
ps: in response to your intervention, I would like to underline that fidelity cards to access further discounts are available in most stores. I was talking about the prices displayed, however, higher than other chains, such as Cisalfa, to name one.
