Just wanted a phone call from the owner before she knew the reason for my phone call, she slammed the higher. So this prepotent person never sees me in business

Sonst merkt man das es bei der Beratung nur darum geht möglicht viel Geld dort zulassen. Was ich auch tat.
Hat man dann eine Reklamationen wird man abserviert auf eine seeehr unfreundliche Art und Weise. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, in keinen Geschäft. Es wird keine Lösung gesucht, nicht einmal ein Ansatz von einem Entgegenkommen. Und das ganze Gespräch verläuft dann noch sehr arrogant und abwertend. Mein Fazit lasst euer Geld besser wo anders wo auf Service für Kunden noch mehr Wert gelegt wird. Nie wieder....
The one star is only for the good brands selection.
Otherwise you realize that the advice is only about it allows a lot of money there. Which I did.
If you have a complaint you will be dumped in a very unfriendly way. I've never experienced anything like that, in any business. No solution is sought, not even an approach of accommodating. And the whole conversation is still very arrogant and pejorative. My conclusion is your money better where else where service for customers even more value is placed. Never again....

Eine so arrogante, herablassende und beleudigende Verkäuferin ist mir noch nie begegnet.
Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i war noch die Dame (Schwester?), die wie ein Wachhund neben dem Eingang sitzt. Sie hat bei den Beleidigungen sofort mitgemacht, obwohl sie vom Gespräch vorher nichts mitbekommen hatte, und ich wurde vor zwei unbeteiligten Frauen beleidigt und niedergemacht. Ein normales Gespräch war von vornherein nicht möglich zu führen.

I fully agree with the comments made by Karoline Penz and evelife.
I have never met such an arrogant, condescending and defamatory saleswoman.
The icing on the cake was the lady (sister?) Who sits like a watchdog next to the entrance. She immediately took part in the insults, even though she hadn't heard anything about the conversation beforehand, and I was insulted and put down in front of two uninvolved women. A normal conversation was not possible from the start.
Never, never, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn Sie mal unverschämt bedient werden wollen kann ich dieses Geschäft nur empfehlen. Als wir das Geschäft betraten, saß eine ältere Dame am Eingang, die es nicht für nötige hielt uns zu begrüßen, geschweige denn zu fragen was sie für uns tun kann!
Auf einem Ständer , mit reduzierter Ware haben wir dann ein Shirt gefunden was uns interessiert hätte. Eine zweite ältere Verkäuferin, die mittlerweile neben uns stand, fragte ich ob der Preis auf der Ware schon der reduzierte sei, darauf raunzte sie mich an was sie denn noch reduzieren soll, sie würden nur hochwertige Ware führen. Die Frage meiner Frau, ob sie noch weitere Shirts führen wurde wie folgt beantwortet: Auf dieser Seite würde nur Ware über 100€h hängen und das wäre eh nicht unsere Preisklasse!
So etwas unverschämtes habe ich in meinen 70 Lebensjahren noch nicht erlebt.
If you ever want to be served rude, I can only recommend this shop. When we entered the shop, an elderly lady was sitting at the entrance who didn't think it necessary to greet us, let alone ask what she could do for us!
On a stand, with reduced goods, we found a shirt that would have interested us. A second older saleswoman, who was now standing next to us, I asked whether the price on the goods was already the reduced, then she whispered to me what she should reduce, they only sell high-quality goods. My wife's question as to whether she still carries other shirts was answered as follows: On this page there would only be goods over 100 € h and that would not be our price range anyway!
I've never seen anything so outrageous in my 70 years.
