Consigliatissimo. If you have little children and want to spend a nice day on the snow with them this is the right place! Well organized, very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Se avessi potuto scrivere quello che pensavo avrei semplicemente detto che fate schifo e che solo x grazia di Dio nn ci sono stati BAMBINI MORTI! Tutto questo x una raffica di vento che ha spazzato via un gonfiabile portandolo sul tetto del ristorante e ripeto che se ci fosse o fossero stati dei bambini all interno sarebbero stati spazzati via con lo stesso. Spero che si facciano controlli su queste strutture fatiscenti. Nel frattempo evitate questo posto. This is the complaint made by me yesterday ..... to tell the truth I was detained by the police in the terms used. If I could have written what I thought I would have simply said that you suck and that only x grace of God there were no DEAD CHILDREN! All this for a gust of wind that swept away an inflatable carrying it to the roof of the restaurant and I repeat that if there were or were children inside they would have been blown away with it. I hope these dilapidated structures are checked. In the meantime, avoid this place.

Parco giochi gonfiabili, sulla neve, con personale che si spaccia per "animazione" e invece sono ragazze/i che non hanno la più pallida idea di dove siano i bambini o cosa facciano. Le "animatrici" parlano tra loro senza intrattenere, organizzate un gioco, scambiare con i bambini un sorriso o mezza parola. Assomigliano solo a disattenti (e dispendiosi) secondini. Risultato? I giovani "utenti", piccoli ma emotivamente intelligenti, piangono e non ci vogliono mettere più piede, a meno che non ci sia con loro la famiglia. Ma allora, a cosa serve il servizio? A buttare soldi, a ritrovarsi spiazzati e disorganizzati, con quell'ora di sci che salta, a meno di non lasciare tuo figlio tra sconosciute che non lo degnano di una parola. Mai più. Strutture così, con queste faccendiere del soldo facile, dovrebbero essere illegali. E mi fermo qui, perché finora sono stata molto gentile. Bad, very bad, very bad. Inflatable playground, on the snow, with staff who pass themselves off as "entertainment" and instead are girls / boys who have no idea where the children are or what they do. The "entertainers" talk to each other without entertaining, organize a game, exchange a smile or a half word with the children. They only resemble inattentive (and wasteful) jailers. Result? The young "users", small but emotionally intelligent, cry and do not want to set foot in it again, unless their family is with them. But then, what is the service for? Throwing money away, finding yourself blown away and disorganized, with that skipping hour of skiing, unless you leave your child among strangers who do not deign a word to him. Never again. Structures like that, with these easy-money fixers, should be illegal. And I'll stop here, because so far I've been very kind.
