All seemed well and accommodating to foreigners, then when signing (and after) all formal communication was in Italian. After having been penalised for β¬650 for a discrepancy between their English and Italian information, they donβt even have the decency to answer to complaints / requests.
A big disillusion after having had three kids in local school which was fantastic! Donβt expect too much international organisation, itβs just Italian with English advertisement. I recommend local / public schools if you prefer pedagogy and effort over profit making.
