Fin dal primo appuntamento sono stato accolto da un personale gentile e professionale, ma anche simpatico ed informale, al quale è stato facile comunicare le mie esigenze e dal quale ho sempre ottenuto risposte chiare e puntuali. Andare volentieri dal dentista non è un fatto assolutamente scontato, ma in questo caso è davvero così. Menzione particolare per Giada e Giulia che ogni volta riescono a mettermi subito a mio agio. Lo si nota già all'ingresso dei locali che danno il bel benvenuto grazie agli spazi confortevoli ma soprattutto al personale che ti accoglie. I dottori ti mettono a proprio agio ed hanno una mano e una precisione che fidarti è l'unica cosa che resta da fare. Mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, io che sono "odontofobica", per l'informazione che viene attuata anche durante gli interventi. Che dire?! Io sono stata sempre seguita dalla dott.ssa Matacena dall'animo genuino e solare per poi passare alla dott.ssa Tozzi che ha una mano delicatissima ed una dolcezza unica per finire poi nelle mani preziose del dott. Tutto il bene del mondo sia per esperienza personale (sorriso ritrovato e fobia del dentista passata) che per mio figlio che è seguito dalla meravigliosa dottoressa Matacena che oltre alla grandissima professionalità è anche dolcissima e sa mettere i bimbi a proprio agio. I risultati si vedono eccome! Aggiungo anche che l'ambiente è confortevole e le ragazze all'accoglienza gentilissime. E arriviamo a ieri: togliere il dente del giudizio..... beh, per chi è come me, intuirà il mio stato d'animo. Sono arrivata e sono stata accolta da molta cortesia da parte delle ragazze all'accoglienza e addirittura il responsabile mi ha tenuto compagnia per tranquillizzarmi sia nell'attesa prima della visita, sia dopo accertandosi delle mie condizioni, visto anche uno scarico di tensione accumulato. L'estrazione del dente è andata alla grande: dottore professionale, ma attento alle mie paure. Ha cercato di tranquillizzarmi accertandosi sempre delle mie condizioni. L'assistente alla poltrona molto comprensiva e professionale. Sì, direi che lo consiglio..... dovrò tornare per un po'di lavori e, anche se la paura c'è sempre, sicuramente andrò col cuore un po' più leggero. Grazie.
