Ho acquistato due mascara waterproof, mi direziono alla cassa per pagare e una signora mi consiglia di acquistare pure uno struccante per levare il mascara, io gentilmente le rispondo di no e lei insiste, gli spiego gentilmente che non posso usare prodotti per la pelle perché mi danneggiano il viso ma lei insiste ancora e mi chiede come faccio a levarlo, gli rispondo con l'acqua e lei mi dice che è waterproof e non si leva con l'acqua (logico) e io gli dico che non posso fare a meno di strofinare con dei dischetti e acqua perché appunto non posso mettere prodotti in faccia esclusi quelli naturali... infine lei si gira ed esclama un vabbè alla sua collega!!
Va bene che volete vendere un prodotto ma se per venderlo devi essere scortese e prendere per scema una cliente vai solo a perdere!!
DI SICURO NON RITORNERÒ MAI PIÙ!!

I bought two waterproof mascaras, I tell the cashier to pay and a lady advises me to buy a make-up remover too, I politely answer her no and she insists, I gently explain that I can't use skin care products because I they damage the face but she still insists and asks me how I can remove it, I answer with water and she tells me that it is waterproof and does not rise with water (logical) and I tell him that I cannot do without rub with floppy disks and water because in fact I can't put products in my face except natural ones ... finally she turns around and exclaims a vabbè to her colleague !!
It's okay that you want to sell a product but if to sell it you have to be rude and take a customer for a fool just go and lose !!
I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN !!

Suggerirei di scegliere personale sorridente, cortese e soprattutto educato. Non si commenta la scelta di un cliente con la collega (peraltro dolcissima quella della cassa). Si perdono i clienti quando il personale non ci sa fare!!!!
Never met a more rude and arrogant saleswoman than the one I turned to for information! I would suggest choosing smiling, courteous and above all polite staff. We do not comment on the choice of a customer with his colleague (however very sweet that of the cashier). Customers are lost when the staff can't help us !!!!

Tutti abbiamo i nostri periodi no ma si tratta di lavoro e non è per nulla professionale avere gli atteggiamenti che spesso vedo entrando in questo store nello specifico. Mi dispiace ma preferisco spendere di più ed andare nella profumeria di fronte.
Little competence of the staff and zero ways of communicating with customers. We all don't have our periods but it's about work and it's not at all professional to have the attitudes that I often see when entering this store specifically. I'm sorry but I prefer to spend more and go to the perfumery opposite.
