Puntano molto a soddisfare e consigliare bene le clienti... ascoltano le esigenze . Non sono lì solo con lo scopo di vendere un prodotto.
Entro con l'idea di comprare una coso e invece esco con la borsa piena.
È difficile farmi cambiare idea su di un articolo ?

They aim to satisfy and advise customers well ... they listen to their needs. They are not there just for the purpose of selling a product.
I enter with the idea of buying a thing and instead I go out with a full bag.

Una volta sono rimasto fino alle 3 del pomeriggio a mangiare (dopo l'orario di chiusura)
Sono andato dopo una settimana e non mi hanno fatto entrare dicendomi che era tutto prenotato, sono tornato dopo qualche ora ed un cameriere mi ha fatto accomodare ad un tavolino e appena mi avevano portato il menù è arrivata una signora e mi ha buttato fuori. Se siete in italia rispettate le regole degli italiani noi mangiamo, e tanto ma mi sa che non hanno recepito bene il concetto
So, the food is good but they are rude
I once stayed until 3pm to eat (after closing time)
I went after a week and they didn't let me in saying that it was all booked, I came back after a few hours and a waiter made me sit at a table and as soon as they had brought me the menu a lady came and threw me out. If you are in Italy respect the rules of the Italians we eat, and a lot but I know that they have not understood the concept well
