★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale che passa il tempo a truccarsi anziché interessarsi del cliente, ho pure dovuto aspettare che finisse di truccarsi per pagare.... nonostante i solleciti e la sua risp "arrivo..." trucco per terra, specchi sporchi e scaffali maleassortiti. Prendete personale che ha voglia di lavorare e che tiene il negozio in ordine e non ragazzette che lavorano li solo x avere i trucchi gratis e sfruttare i prodotti del negozio.

There were two clients in the store, me and another client and she was served by a sales girl, there was also a masculine essence who was completely uninterested in customer service, he was very busy with himself in front of the mirror, applied makeup on his face, eyes and lips. I had to wait for the girl to finish with the client and serve me. Why do people work in the store who have no interest in customer service? I will never go to this store again.
