Ora, durante il virus, aderiscono a tutte le norme e regole, chiedono di indossare maschere e disinfettarsi le mani (sono stato nel negozio molte volte e le persone reagiscono male o sono contrarie a soddisfare queste richieste) Tornerò sicuramente di nuovo I always buy cosmetics in this store, girls are always ready to help, attentive and know their work well. Now, during the virus, they adhere to all norms and rules, ask to wear masks and disinfect their hands (I have been in the shop many times and people react badly or are against meeting these requests) I will definitely come back again

We went on a Saturday 13 Nov 2021 at 19:15 and have never recieved such awful service. We were barked at during out entire 15min stay in the store and told we had to leave constantly as they were closing (19:30) the store closes according to the website at 20:00...we had a group of our colleagues infront of us who experienced the same thing...I am embraced for the brand as its well known but has left an awful taste in out mouths. #BigMistake
