Va bene che da voi la roba costa poco ma il servizio al cliente è fondamentale e sacrosanto !!! Non stupitevi di perdere clientela facendo così perché è la conseguenza che vi meritate!!!! Ho acquistato pagando in contanti, il resto era di 5€ e quando li ho presi ho visto immediatamente che la banconota era completamente scocciata. Ho chiesto se per favore poteva darmi un 5€ "sano" e la risposta è stata "no,.non possiamo riaprire la cassa se non acquista altro" Stupidamente me ne sono andata, avrei potuto acquistare qualcosa ma ero scioccata dal comportamento della commessa. Non conosco le vostre direttive ma lavoro a contatto con il pubblico anch'io e vi assicuro che rispondendo in questo modo si perdono solo clienti. Bad !!
