β β β β β Premetto che mia figlia segue i corsi di inglese nella sede di San Paolo che purtroppo quest' anno non Γ¨ riuscita ad organizzare il centro estivo. Mi rivolgo quindi a quello dell' EUR. Dopo tante email e tante chiamate riesco a parlare con la coordinatrice ( signora V.)
Capisco il periodo difficile. Ci sentiamo piΓΉ volte e decidiamo di visitare insieme la location. Terminata la visita mi ribadisce che puΓ² opzionarmi il posto solo fino alla mattina seguente ( giusto e comprensibile). Torno a casa, valuto e decido che la mattina seguente l' avrei iscritta. Alle 22 e 30 ca mi arriva un messaggio nel quale si dice dispiaciuta ma il posto opzionato per mia figlia era stato dato ad un altro bambino. Allibita la chiamo la mattina seguente e mi dice che questo bambino si sarebbe iscritto 7 settimane e mia figlia solo due. Per me la parola data vale piΓΉ di un contratto. ProfessionalitΓ e correttezza nulle. Pessimo comportamento.

I understand the difficult period. We speak several times and we decide to visit the location together. At 10.30 pm I get a message saying she is sorry but the optioned place for my daughter had been given to another child. I am astonished, I call her the following morning and she tells me that this child would join 7 weeks and my daughter only two. For me, the word given is worth more than a contract. Null professionalism and fairness. Bad behavior.
