L'ho riportato al punto vendita di Parco Leonardo a Roma e, dopo avermi fatto attendere circa 2 mesi, la risposta è stata che il prodotto, per loro era perfetto, quindi non sostituibile o rimborsabile come da me richiesto. Premetto che faccio il parrucchiere da 49 anni e di questi articoli ne ho acquistati a centinaia senza avere mai problemi. Sono rimasto molto amareggiato nel vedere una azienda come la Kepro non riconoscere le proprie responsabilità nei confronti di un suo cliente. Sconsiglio vivamente di fare acquisti importanti se non con garanzia di restituzione. Ovviamente non sarò più loro cliente.
I bought a very expensive product that turned out to be a failure. I brought it back to the Parco Leonardo store in Rome and, after making me wait about 2 months, the answer was that the product was perfect for them, so not replaceable or refundable as requested by me. I state that I have been a hairdresser for 49 years and I have bought these items by the hundreds without ever having problems. I was very disappointed to see a company like Kepro not recognize its responsibilities towards a client. I strongly advise against making important purchases with no guarantee of return. Obviously I will no longer be their client.
