★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante si presenta estremamente dettagliato all''interno, con decorazioni molto particolari e addirittura un giardinetto sulle pareti, mentre sopra i tavoli si trovano le cappe. L'esperienza è stata a dir poco sublime, i camerieri sono eccezionali ed educatissimi, cercano di consigliare sempre il meglio e vengono incontro ad ogni minima necessità. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo per un menu simile è eccelso, si parla di una selezione di carni di ottima qualità che, anche se può sembrare poca, in realtà unita al menu riesce a saziare e farvi uscire dal ristorante a pancia piena. Passando alla caratteristica unica di questo locale, la griglia a centro tavolo, si può dire che sia una cosa difficile da trovare da queste parti, ed è un'esperienza da fare soprattutto in gruppo. In ultimo, non può mancare un elogio alle materie prime, di qualità eccellente, e alle carni deliziose che vengono spiegate dai camerieri. Insomma, dato il prezzo e il prodotto offerto, è un'esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. Ritornerò sicuramente!
 The restaurant is extremely detailed inside, with very particular decorations and even a small garden on the walls, while the hoods are located above the tables. The experience was nothing short of sublime, the waiters are exceptional and very polite, they always try to recommend the best and meet every minimum need. The quality / price ratio for such a menu is excellent, we are talking about a selection of excellent quality meats that, even if it may seem small, in reality, combined with the menu, manages to satiate and make you leave the restaurant with a full stomach. Moving on to the unique feature of this place, the grill in the center of the table, it can be said that it is a difficult thing to find in these parts, and it is an experience to do especially in a group. Lastly, a praise cannot be missed for the raw materials, of excellent quality, and the delicious meats that are explained by the waiters. In short, given the price and the product offered, it is an experience to do at least once in a lifetime. I will definitely be back!

Esperienza davvero raffinata!
Di ritorno dal Wine festival di Paestum, io e mia moglie ci siamo fermati in questo accogliente ristorante, molto caratteristico. Luci soffuse, stile industrial in mix con stile orientale e cucina innovativa e lodevole, rendono questo posto un perfetto luogo di relax, dove poter degustare al meglio piatti davvero elaborati. Ci siamo affidati ad un menù degustazione con svariate portate fra cui la famosissima carne Wagyu! Devo dire tutto squisito, lo chef non solo ha saputo ben dare valore e il giusto sapore alle pietanza presentateci, ma è stato anche così garbato nel rendere questa esperienza accessibile a chi come noi, richiediamo cibi strettamente senza glutine. Quindi il mio plauso a questo raffinatissimo locale e al suo staff così cordiale. Non basterebbe una recensione per spiegare tutti i dettagli, ma sappiate che è tutto così davvero curato in particolare il modo in cui viene cotta la carne direttamente a tavola!! A presto rivedervi è grazie

Truly fine experience!
Returning from the Paestum Wine festival, my wife and I stopped at this welcoming restaurant, very characteristic. Soft lights, industrial style mixed with oriental style and innovative and commendable cuisine, make this place a perfect place to relax, where you can taste really elaborate dishes at their best. We relied on a tasting menu with various courses including the famous Wagyu meat! I must say everything exquisite, the chef not only knew how to give value and the right flavor to the dish presented to us, but he was also so polite in making this experience accessible to those who, like us, require strictly gluten-free foods. So my applause to this refined restaurant and its friendly staff. A review would not be enough to explain all the details, but know that everything is so really taken care of in particular the way in which the meat is cooked directly at the table !! Un'esperienza DIVINA e anche abbastanza divertente per me che non so neanche cucinarmi l'uovo, figuriamoci un pezzo di carne?.
Il menù era à la carte oppure erano presenti dei menù "fissi" da degustazione. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù basic "fisso" (in foto alcune delle portate).
Se amate provare cose nuove e gusti ricercati o semplicemente farvi una braciata in un posticino di classe io ve lo consiglio.
P. S. I mini hamburger col sale al thé matcha... I miei preferiti?
P. P. S. Piccola tip, Se prenotate con the fork ci dovrebbe essere il 20% di Sconto ?

A DIVINE experience and also fun enough for me that I don't even know how to cook my own egg, let alone a piece of meat?.
The menu was à la carte or there were "fixed" tasting menus. We chose the basic "fixed" menu (some of the courses in the photo).
If you love to try new things and refined tastes or simply have a braciata in a classy place, I recommend it.
P. S. Mini burgers with matcha tea salt ... My favorites?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza al Kemado.
Serata diversa questa volta, BBQ giapponese, ma anche cucina italiana e spagnola. Una fusion innovativa. Il pasto principale chiaramente è la carne scottata sul bbq posto al centro del tavolo. Ma che carne! Tagli pregiati da diverse parti del mondo, fino ad assaporare la pregiatissima wagyu. Il locale è molto carino, il personale è estremamente cortese, ci hanno illustrato tutti i passaggi per gestire la carne sulla brace, con tanto di spiegazione di ogni singolo pezzo di carne con tutte le sue caratteristiche. Antipasti gustosissimi ed equilibrati, anche il dolce era ottimo.
L'unica pecca è il prezzo, decisamente troppo elevato, quattro menu premium e una bottiglia di vino siamo arrivati quasi a 300€.
Se siete in zona però non lasciatevelo sfuggire questa esperienza.
