Lors du séjour pas d eau chaude pour se laver , personne sur place nous n’avions pas de réseau ni de wifi pour joindre quelqu’un ( la preuve le jeune homme présent nous a demandé d’aller en bas sur la route pour avoir du wifi ou du réseau afin de lui envoyer les pièces identité par mail, Impossible de joindre personne pour indiquer les problèmes , pas de surveillance la nuit ...car à 3h du matin il y avait des jeunes entrain de faire la fête dans la piscine et impossible de dormir car pas de climatisation dans la chambre juste dan la pièce à vivre le lendemain nous étions fatigué pour reprendre la route ... salle de bain même pas nettoyée à notre arrivé franchement déçu, quand nous avons pu contacter le service ils nous ont clairement envoyé balader ... à éviter sincèrement si vous désirez un mauvais séjour honteux de traiter les clients de la sorte avec un copié collé de vos réponses inutiles ... prenez vos responsabilités face à vos clients !! Bella veduta sul centro del paese da alcuni degli appartamenti collocati più in alto. Very picturesque residence. Salient feature the beautiful swimming pool. Always clean water. Nice view over the town center from some of the higher up apartments.

T	Tiziana Genna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo alloggiato presso gli appartamenti Captain e Fisherman, CHE FANNO PARTE DEL KEFA HOLIDAYS, trovando 2 appartamenti che non corrispondevano alle esagerate foto sul sito. Gli appartamenti erano trascurati, poco confortevoli e male odoranti. Condizionatori non funzionanti. La luce si staccava continuamente, perché contatore unico per i 2 appartamenti. La TV non funzionava. Nonostante vi fosse indicato il servizio wi fi, non era usufruibile. I telefonini all'interno sono irraggiungibili. I letti scomodissimi e con coperte datate. We stayed at the Captain and Fisherman apartments, WHICH ARE PART OF THE KEFA HOLIDAYS, finding 2 apartments that did not correspond to the exaggerated photos on the site. The apartments were neglected, uncomfortable and bad smelling. Air conditioners not working. The light came off continuously, because it was the only meter for the 2 apartments. The TV was not working. Although there was indicated the wi fi service, it was not available. The mobile phones inside are unreachable. The uncomfortable beds and with dated blankets.
I	Ingarao Nono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honteux de louer des appartements dans cet état , j’ai passer un séjour horrible , pas de wifi ! pas de climatisation dans les chambres et surtout pas d’eau chaude !! On était avec un enfant qui n’a meme pas pu se laver pendant son sejour !! Piscine juste a coté de notre apartement surveiller par un maitre najeur , qui ferme a 19h , de 3h du matin a 7h des personnes il fesait la fête !! impossible de dormir vu qu’on a ouvert la fénètre de la chambre vu que la climatisation ne marche pas . J’ai contacter l’établissement dès le lendemain il ne veulent rien savoir ! Sans oublier le sac poubelle de la salle non vidé avec les affaires des précèdente personne ! Ci viene proposto un letto matrimoniale e ci ritroviamo a dormire su di un divano letto in cui a stento c era spazio per una persona e con un materasso pressoché inesistente. Abbiamo dormito sulla struttura in metallo. Spazio inesistente anche nella camera composta da cucinino, bagno, divano letto, ingresso e armadio ammassati uno su l altro. Nn ha senso proporre tutti questi servizi se poi nn si ha neanche lo spazio in cui muoversi. Doccia che nn consentiva neanche la possibilità di girarsi e doccino pieno di calcare. È da folle proporre tutto questo a quei prezzi considerando la rampa di scale molto piccola e a chiocciola dove oltre la fatica per portare su le valigie ci si metteva anche la paura di poter cadere e farsi male. Ubicato in ZTL abbiamo dovuto anche pagare il parcheggio alla modica cifra di 12 euro al giorno e nn offrendo alcun tipo di servizio ci siamo ritrovati a trasportare le valigie per tutto il lungomare rischiando di danneggiarle a causa dei ciottoli presenti lungo il viale. F	Franck Trinity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I vacanzieri vanno per la tua strada, niente WiFi devi lasciare l'hotel per prenderlo, niente acqua calda e bagno della spazzatura non svuotato, piscina chiusa alle 19:00 ma alle 3:00 giovani in piscina fino alle 7:00. festa e nessuna sorveglianza inoltre costretto a dormire con la finestra aperta perché manca l'aria condizionata secondo l'annuncio e con il rumore dei giovani in piscina impossibile dormire ... Vi diciamo di unirvi a loro in caso di problemi ma nessuno perchè no di rete e niente WiFi per comunicare per scappare non è grave!
