★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the highlight of my trip in Italy and I also visited Rome and Pompei! Being so close with nature and on open waters was beautiful! The water was BLUE!!! In the US we don’t have much blue water but the whole Mediterranean is gorgeous! We went on a cloudy/slightly rainy day so the water was a little choppy but it was still so calm no one fell over! You see castles, the town, WWII bunkers, and caves that are gorgeous and the water is even more BLUE!!! And I saw lots of fish because the water was so clear, even 2 big (size of your head) crabs on rocks, and lots of hermit crabs! It is about 20-25 km of kayaking in open waters so I would suggest that you’ve kayaked at least once before this excursion. They provided phone water protective cases so I could take pictures which was a huge plus! They also have many options of kayaks (Double, single, on top, inside) so you can get one you’re used to riding! I 100% recommend making this a part of your trip while close to La Spezia! It’s definitely a hidden gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of my favourite things i did while i was in La Spezia. Although im no expert in kayaking i had a really good time and managed well. We had a lot of laughs and a great aperitivo . But the best part of the whole adventure were the amazing views of the whole area during sunset for the secluded beach and the sea. Would definitely recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I had a blast while kayaking around the poet’s coast. Luca and the other guide was super friendly and we had many chats on the tour. The beach and apperitvo was nice, although , make sure to bring flip flops for the beach as the stones are pretty harsh on your feet (but then again I have the feet of a baby ?)
It was a fantastic experience and great value for money.
It’s a great way to get a nice tan too! I’ll 100% be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST kayak experience ever! The guides were really friendly, knowledgeable of the territory and yet professional. During the whole session they were checking on how me and my friends were doing and as a plus we had an "aperitivo" in one of the beaches we went to!! Cannot reccomend anything better for a day trip!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luca was a fantastic and patient guide. We had a great time exploring the grottos near Lerici - I had no idea there were so many hidden caves along the coast! For aperitivo, we had beer and focaccia at a small beach and went for a quick swim. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayak La Spezia is a major highlight of our trip to Italy! We had the whole family, including 3 kids! Luca and Davide are awesome guides, with great knowledge of the area. They were so warm and caring and chill - we all felt very comfortable and safe. We went in and through hidden caves and landed on a secluded beach where we swam, drank and ate delicious local vegetarian food! The entire afternoon was just perfect. We could not have asked for better equipment and guides and fellow travelers….. Like attracts Like, and we LOVE @kayaklaspezia !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour guides have such an amazing, warm vibe! We went inside some caves, hidden beaches and stopped for a beer and Foccacia (Which was the best I had in Italy).
If you're up for it... Do the cliff jump too, it feels amazing!
For me, the kayak tour was totally worth it! ??
Skip the boats, get your body moving and feel connected to earth on a kayak!
