Not in line with expectations. Parmigiana and fried fish soaked in oil. Very dry bread. Very good wine, but dirty glasses. I would not go there again.

Per mangiare 4 panini col pesce spada non ci si può sedere a tavola alle 13, prendere la comanda alle 13.20 (già di per sé scandaloso quando si devono servire a star larghi 20 persone a sedere) ed essere serviti alle 14.30. A gestire il pasto erano 4 persone, di cui solo uno lavorava veramente alla piastra, mentre gli altri 3 stavano tranquillamente chi a guardare il cielo, chi il mare e chi a fumarsi una sigaretta... Il sentore si era già avuto al mattino, quando avevamo chiesto un cornetto per colazione e ci era stato detto che ce l'avrebbero portato sotto la tenda/ombrellone. Cornetto ottimo, ma arrivato dopo 40 minuti (!!!). Per prendere il caffè abbiamo preteso di essere serviti al banco. Prezzi sopra la media, ma accettabilissimi per chi voglia passare la giornata in un posto che veramente merita il viaggio e che mi impedisce di mettere una stella soltanto quando sarebbe il voto più corretto per l'inaccettabile servizio. Wonderful place and extraordinary sea do not justify a third world management of the beach ... To eat 4 swordfish sandwiches you cannot sit at the table at 13, take the order at 13.20 (already scandalous when you have to serve 20 people wide to sit) and be served at 14.30. The meal was managed by 4 people, of which only one was really working on the plate, while the other 3 were quietly, some looking at the sky, some at the sea and some having a cigarette ... The feeling was already there in the morning, when we asked for a croissant for breakfast and we were told that they would bring it under the awning / umbrella. Excellent croissant, but arrived after 40 minutes (!!!). To get the coffee we wanted to be served at the counter. Prices above average, but very acceptable for those who want to spend the day in a place that really deserves the trip and that prevents me from putting a star only when it would be the most correct rating for the unacceptable service.

Con sommo dispiacere ho dovuto constatare che la nuova gestione ha stravolto l'anima di questo luogo : musica da discoteca a palla e dj, tanta apparenza, menù ricercato con prezzi spropositati e ragazzini che sfoggiano out fit da matrimonio per scendere in spiaggia pensando di essere al Twiga, lettini addirittura nella zona dei tavoli ... Peccato perché si stava davvero bene quando era il lido Acquagrande. I clienti lo frequentavano per il mare... non per l'aperitivo... In the previous management it was an oasis of peace, a beach where you can enjoy total relaxation feeling the waves of the sea and with great distance between the umbrellas. With great regret I had to see that the new management has upset the soul of this place: disco ball music and DJs, a lot of appearances, a sophisticated menu with disproportionate prices and kids who show off wedding outfits to go down to the beach thinking they are at Twiga, sunbeds even in the area of the tables ... Too bad because it was really good when it was the Acquagrande beach. Customers frequented it for the sea ... not for an aperitif ...
d	domenico chindamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra di essere in una piccola isola greca.. anzi siamo nella perfetta Magna Grecia: accoglienza perfetta, simpatia e coccole al cliente a dismisura, servizio impeccabile e posto magnifico… aperitivo serale con tramonto mozzafiato, la scenografia naturale e gli effetti delle Luci del lido sono un’unica pittura. Si cena semplice ma buono, fresco e leggero ogni piatto (persino i peperoni ripieni ai gamberetti…ottimi). Che dire: non si può voler di più. Complimenti ai ragazzi tutti!!! Ma le foto che ci sono non danno merito queste che posto un po’ di più … It seems to be in a small Greek island .. indeed we are in the perfect Magna Graecia: perfect welcome, friendliness and pampering to the customer out of all proportion, impeccable service and a magnificent place ... evening aperitif with breathtaking sunset, the natural setting and the effects of the Lido lights they are a single painting. Dinner is simple but good, fresh and light every dish (even the peppers stuffed with shrimps ... excellent). What to say: you can not want more. Congratulations to all the guys !!! But the photos that are there do not give credit to these that I post a little more ...
