Compro da oltre 15 anni online, sia in Italia che all'estero, e posso dire che è stata una Delle mie peggiori esperienze di acquisto in assoluto!! Capo acquistato e restituito il giorno stesso, dopo 48 ore era di nuovo in mano loro: non solo non mi hanno restituito i soldi per la spedizione del reso come precedentemente accordati, mi hanno anche tolto 17€ per "spese di confezionamento" e "spese di spedizione" (per la prima spedizione, quella gratuita!). Di sicuro farò ricorso a PayPal per chiarire la fattibilità della cosa. "l'assistenza clienti" (che non è altro che il numero del negozio) è delle peggiori! all'inizio non rispondevano e mi ero arrabbiato per questo, poi, quando ci ho parlato, ho rimpianto il momento in cui non rispondevano: presunzione e incompetenza sono alla base! Il titolare si vanta di oltre 50 anni di esperienza nel settore, ma all'atto pratico farebbero meglio a cambiare mestiere, o magari si riferiva ad altro settori! SCONSIGLIATO! If I could I would put zero stars! Bad and absolutely not serious! I have been buying online for over 15 years, both in Italy and abroad, and I can say that it was one of my worst shopping experiences ever !! Item purchased and returned the same day, after 48 hours it was back in their hands: not only did they not return the money for the return shipment as previously agreed, they also took away € 17 for "packaging costs" and "expenses of shipping "(for the first shipment, the free one!). For sure I will use PayPal to clarify the feasibility of the thing. "customer support" (which is nothing more than the store number) is the worst! at the beginning they didn't answer and I was angry about it, then, when I spoke to them, I regretted the moment when they didn't answer: presumption and incompetence are at the base! The owner boasts of over 50 years of experience in the sector, but in practice they would do better to change jobs, or maybe he was referring to other sectors! NOT RECOMMENDED!

g	gianfy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver comprato un paio scarpe griffate, arrivato a casa, notavo mancava lo scontrino dentro il sacchetto; contatto subito il rivenditore, lo stesso mi diceva che bastava la ricevuta del pagamento "scalapay".Nonostante un qualsiasi titolare di partita IVA è tenuto a emettere immediatamente scontrino fiscale, ero io a spiegare questo concetto a lui.Dopo un tenue ma pacato contenzioso telefonico a più riprese, il rivenditore mi faceva trovare al negozio, in busta chiusa, uno scontrino emesso giorni dopo l acquisto ed inferiore rispetto l importo da me pagato.l ho fatto subito notare e quindi mi ha fatto immediatamente un altro scontrino degli € mancanti.Resto semplicemente basito che accadano tali irregolarità.Poi parlano male dell' e-commerce!!!
