Ho comprato auto 500L sport che sin dalla stessa settimana d'acquisto ha presentato svariati problemi dal sistema frenante allo spegnimento dell'auto in marcia ed alla nn accensione della stessa. Allo stato attuale ancora con problemi, un'auto con meno di due mesi di vita. Portata all'officina svariate volte per riprenderla come lasciata. Che valutazione potrei mai dare ? Ho acquistato una jeep usata, tutto ok, arrivato a casa un amico che mi camminava dietro mi ha fatto notare uno stop led non funzionante, inoltre anche lo start stop e il dimmer che regola la luminosità del quadro non funzionavano. Immediatamente ho chiamato il rivenditore che mi ha programmato un intervento dopo 15 giorni. Bene dopo 300 Chilometri mi Sento dire che questi interventi non rientrano nella garanzia, ma questi problemi erano già presenti prima di acquistare l'auto quindi o sono stati omessi e non sono stato messo al corrente oppure neanche loro lo sapevano visto che l'auto era usata. In tutti i casi L'auto mi doveva essere venduta funzionante in tutte le sue Parti a fronte di una spesa di 20.000 euro. Quindi consiglio a chi acquista un'auto da loro prima di pagare controllate tutto ma proprio tutto Perché poi trovate le porte chiuse. È chiaro che l'usato non è il nuovo, ma la vostra presenza in qualità di concessionaria di marchi nobili del settore auto, vi costituisce anche se non provato, credibili, seri, attenti al servizio. Mi spiace, dopo la breve gioia di un auto (anche se usato) non aver trovato la sensibilità per il disagio, che ancora oggi subisco oltre al silenzio, di restare senza auto. Al giorno d'oggi l'azienda non ha saputo soddisfare un ordine con consegna diretta al destinatario, non ha saputo comunicare con celerità la traccia della spedizione da Catania a Palermo e sono costretto (ora sono 3 settimane) senza auto e senza informazioni. Un esperienza da dimenticare, pur cercando una mediazione, dopo vari reclami e accolta per tenere sempre una porta aperta, il peggio è il silenzio. Giudicare sarebbe fin troppo facile e non credo importi all'azienda, di certo il vostro ricordo sarà (come già detto) da dimenticare, come la gentilezza senz'anima.
