Rude and not at all professional staff. The shop is well stocked and offers a wide range of products but given the scarce and rude attention they give to the customer I prefer to shop online or go to another store.

Pubblicizzano sui social articoli ad un prezzo per poi rivenderli ad un altro ...nonostante il prezzo esposto dell'articolo in oggetto fosse quello in promo e non altro. Stamattina ho telefonato per sincerarmi della disponibilità di 2 servizi di piatti che pubblicizzavano a 0,99 cent, detto fatto delego mio marito ad andare a comprarli ma al momento del pagamento sorpresa, il prezzo è cambiato per un aggiornamento del listino...e quando aggiornate i prezzi esposti? Cmq avreste dovuto venderli al prezzo esposto e non a vostro piacimento, non si tratta per i 6 euro di differenza in più ma di un principio di correttezza e trasparenza che non ho proprio ravvisato...sono molto amareggiata.

Anyway you should have sold them at the exposed price and not at your convenience, it is not about the difference of 6 euros more but a principle of fairness and transparency that I have not really recognized ... I am very bitter.
