Più che un cliente ti fanno sentire qualcuno che è andato lì per fregarle, ed in assetto difensivo si comportano in modo aggressivo e scorretto. Non hanno riconosciuto una promozione assolutamente in modo ingiustificato e hanno evidentemente dimenticato di darci lo scontrino. Quanta improvvisazione, quanto dilettantismo, peccato davvero per una città come Alassio. Questi esercizi commerciali così condotti fanno un grande danno al valore guadagnato nel tempo da questa ex perla della riviera. Peccato davvero, un buon negozio ma con questo livello di servizio è assolutamente da evitare. Bad experience. Salesmen who seem to have no desire to take care of customers, do not look in the face and respond with haughtiness. More than a customer, they make you feel like someone who went there to rip them off, and in a defensive attitude they behave aggressively and incorrectly. They did not recognize a promotion in an absolutely unjustified way and evidently forgot to give us the receipt. How much improvisation, how much amateurism, a real shame for a city like Alassio. These businesses conducted in this way do a great deal of damage to the value gained over time by this former pearl of the Riviera. Too bad indeed, a good shop but with this level of service it is definitely to be avoided.
