Non si sta seduti e con il telefono in mano mentre un cliente è in negozio e non si chiede al cliente se ha bisogno di aiuto solo quando questo ormai sta per lasciare il negozio.
Good choice of products for such a small shop, but the staff very very much to review.
You are not sitting with the phone in your hand while a customer is in the shop and you are not asking if the customer needs help only when the customer is about to leave the shop.

Propio l altro giorno per causa di forza maggiore sono tornata e devo dire che è cambiato , personale gentile e professionale ,il negozio era pulito e ordinato . Ammetto che non sarei voluta tornarci ma ora posso dire che lo farò volentieri .
I returned to this shop after a year or so for an unsatisfactory experience of the past due to clutter, little cleanliness and lack of courtesy. Just the other day due to force majeure I came back and I must say that it has changed, the staff were polite and professional, the shop was clean and tidy. I admit that I would not have wanted to go back but now I can say that I will gladly do it.
