★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pista molto bella, siamo stati con i bambini quindi non posso dare giudizi sui kart, ad ogni modo possiedono 2 kart biposto che accontentano padri e figli.
Gestione buona, attenti alla sanificazione dei caschi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Sono anni che siamo clienti ed servizio è sempre stato mediocre.
Ma oggi siamo rimasti basiti.
Avevamo prenotato un turno da 15 minuti con i kart per le 17.15. Alle 17.30 stavamo ancora aspettando ma come ci avevano comunicato al momento della prenotazione c'è sempre da aspettare quei 15/20 minuti.
Durante l'attesa è arrivato un gruppo di 8 ragazzi che, senza aver prenotato, volevano fare un gran premio (durata di circa un ora). I gestori del kartodromo volevano dargli la precedenza.
Io e i miei amici gli abbiamo detto che, giustamente, avendo prenotato avremmo dovuto avere la precedenza.
Da lì è partita una discussione piuttosto animata dove si è dimostrato che alcuni elementi dello staff sono stati realmente scortesi, quasi violenti (poiché uno di loro lo hanno dovuto trattenere).
È stata un esperienza veramente spiacevole dove il personale ha dimostrato di essere poco professionale, poco serio e largamente incapace di gestire l'attività.
Soprattutto considerando che ci hanno ridato i soldi e siamo dovuti andare via.
Bad. We have been customers for years and service has always been poor.
But today we were thrilled.
We had booked a 15 minute shift with the karts for 5.15pm. At 17.30 we were still waiting but as they had communicated to us at the time of booking there is always a wait for those 15/20 minutes.
During the wait, a group of 8 guys arrived who, without having booked, wanted to do a grand prix (lasting about an hour). The kart track managers wanted to give him priority.
My friends and I told him that, quite rightly, having booked we should have had priority.
From there a rather animated discussion started where it was shown that some of the staff members were really rude, almost violent (since one of them had to restrain him).
It was a very unpleasant experience where the staff proved to be unprofessional, not serious and largely unable to run the business.
Especially considering they gave us our money back and we had to leave.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious track for both Kart and Pit Bike. At the weekend it is best to book Pit Bikes. Experience to live for sure
