Sono state molto cortesi già al telefono, ma quando le ho conosciute di persona sono rimasta folgorata: gentili, disponibili, professionali e molto competenti. Prima di partire sono tornata per il taglio, di cui sono molto soddisfatta e che desideravo da tempo! Brave ed onestissime, delle perle rare! Complimenti! I was in Belvedere Marittimo for a wedding and the couple advised me to contact the Karisma hairdresser for the hairstyle. They were very courteous already on the phone, but when I met them in person I was blown away: kind, helpful, professional and very competent. Before leaving I went back for the cut, which I am very satisfied with and that I have wanted for a long time! Brave and very honest, rare pearls! Compliments!

Mi spiace dover dare questa review negativa ma Karisma mi ha trattato come una turista da spolpare causandomi un’esperienza davvero sgradevole: avevo già fatto l’acconciatura mossa il giorno prima dalla mia parrucchiera di fiducia della mia città, ma dovendo andare a un matrimonio sono passata da qui per farmi tirare su i capelli, dato il caldo. Dietro la richiesta di riavviare e tirare su i capelli, la parrucchiera mi ha quindi passato i capelli con phon e spazzola per ravvivarli, e fissato con i beccucci i capelli sulla testa in una crocchia: meno di 10 minuti di orologio. Prezzo: 30 euro; quando ho fatto notare che non avevano fatto lo shampoo e non avevano usato il ferro, ma che avevano solo in 10 minuti ripreso l’acconciatura fatta il giorno prima, hanno detto che quello era il prezzo per l’acconciatura, che non era stato alzato. Mi sono sentita altamente presa in giro, una tariffa di 180 euro all’ora è spropositata e scandalosa. Un vero peccato, dato che ho trovato il personale gentile e capace, ma i clienti non sono portafogli da svuotare e ho trovato questa esperienza davvero non professionale. Servizio da dimenticare.
