L	Luca Scaramuzza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte il prezzo fisso elevato (che comunque mi era stato riferito) per la riparazione della mia idropulitrice K5 , tempi lunghissimi per la riparazione, 1 mese e mezzo, che invece quando l'avevo portata li mi era stato detto 15 gg, e inoltre, a parte le telefonate fatte per avere notizie, quando sono andato a ritirarla, ho scoperto che era pronta da qualche giorno senza avvisarmi. L'idropulitrice, essendo abbastanza recente e non usandola in maniera intensiva, alla mia richiesta sul perchè si era rotta causando un danno economico così elevato, la risposta è stata che "è una idropulitrice ad uso hobbystico", Direi pessima esperienza, sia come marca tanto blasonata che come centro assistenza, dove non ci tornerò. Ho un'idropulitrice K5, usata veramente poco, che dopo due anni, appena fuori garanzia hanno dovuto sostituire la testata. Pensavo che le attrezzature tedesche fossero qualitativamente superiori, ma ho constatato personalmente che i prodotti italiani, poco blasonati, sono ben superiori. Al suo interno cera davvero tutto, anche accessori e ricambi ed anche i prezzi erano soddisfacenti. Consigliatissimo. Avevo portato a riparare la mia idropulotrice karcker k7 full, control già fuori garanzia ma il responsabile del negozio mi informava che quella serie di macchine ha ben 3 anni di garanzia;che dire, azienda molto onesta. Poi sempre con 1uesto responsabile ho chiesto delucidazioni su alcune macchine per casa e mi ha consigliato molto bene, sabato mattina ci recheremo li a comprarla. Ho preso la lava pavimenti a rulli 2 mesi e si è rotta 50 gg in riparazione, ora va e nn va la devo riportare in centro assistenza sapendo già che sarà lunghissima.. E nn risolvo il problema, andrà fuori garanzia e ciao la butto, peccato l ho pagata molto cara Unfortunately, now I can do a poor review .. Tell me if it is right to leave 30 euros to have your pressure washer viewed, wait 5 weeks and then be told that the repair cost is 130/170 euros plus VAT just to convince you to get a new one ... when in reality it was just a dirty lance nozzle?
