Per la qualità dei muri non possiamo esprimerci in quanto, nostro malgrado, ancora non ci viviamo dentro.
Abbiamo scelto loro tra tutti illusi dalle promesse di cura dei dettagli ed attenzione al cliente. Promesse che sono state puntualmente disattese.
Con la scusa dell'assicurazione ci hanno fatto firmare un foglio per chiudere il cantiere nonostante alcune lavorazioni non fossero ancora completate. Peccato che ancora aggi abbiamo cose in sospeso. L'assistenza post vendita è praticamente inesistente, non rispondono mai alle mail. Per fargli terminare le cose che dovevano fare abbiamo dovuto penare non poco e ancora oggi siamo in attesa di alcune cose (tra cui ad esempio i documenti necessari per richiedere l'abitabilità e l'agibilità). Hanno avuto nei nostri confronti degli atteggiamenti davvero irrispettosi e vergognosi: sembrava quasi che ci stessero facendo un favore a costruirci casa!

We have chosen them among all deluded by the promises of attention to detail and customer care. Promises that have been punctually disregarded.
With the excuse of insurance they made us sign a sheet to close the building site, although some works had not yet been completed. Too bad we still have things pending. The after sales assistance is practically non-existent, they never respond to emails. To make him finish the things that needed to be done we had to suffer a lot and we are still waiting for some things (including for example the documents needed to request habitability and usability). They had really disrespectful and shameful attitudes towards us: it seemed as if they were doing us a favor by building our house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono di avere 150 anni di esperienza ma ti chiedono di pagare a parte uno studio sismico di fattibilità, nel mio caso eliminare 90 metri cubi di sasso e sostituirli con del legno elimina solo del peso e la struttura può solo giovarne, di sicuro le fondamenta non sono da rifare, ah dimenticavo, non hanno uno studio di progettazione che se ne possa occupare. Chi dovrebbe fare i calcoli con i loro materiali, pinco pallino? Lasciateli perdere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, nessuna considerazione per il cliente, che pur avendo pagato tutto da molto tempo,si ritrova ancora fuori casa solo perché non vengono a fare la prova dell'impianto di riscaldamento..più altri problemi da sistemare di cui sono a conoscenza da gennaio.
VERGOGNOSI
