Ho comprato un paio di scarpe di pelle e al momento dell'acquisto, data la mia esperienza precedente sempre nello stesso negozio, ho chiesto cosa dovevo fare nel caso ci fossero dei problemi come quelli che avevo già avuto, mi hanno detto che potevo ritornare tranquillamente e me le avrebbero ricambiate le scarpe. Neanche a dirlo dopo una settimana e due volte che le avevo messe si è rotto l'elastico. Mi recai da loro e la signora più anziana me lo ha cucito a mano (e non mi ha cambiato le scarpe come avevano detto, anzi la signora col caschetto biondo mi dice che se volevo delle buone scarpe non dovevo prenderle da loro ma pagarle molto di più da qualche altra parte)dopodichè, sono tornata a casa poco soddisfatta ma almeno potevo continuare ad utilizzarle!e invece no... dopo poco mi si risfila ancora l'elastico le porto di nuovo lì e mi dicono che questa volta le avrebbero riportate alla casa produttrice. Dopo 3 settimane che non mi fanno sapere niente delle mie scarpe mi decido a chiamarli io e il proprietario mi dice che ha inserito delle solette nelle mie scarpe ma che non le ha rimandate indietro. After 3 weeks of not letting me know about my shoes, I decide to call them and the owner tells me that he has put insoles in my shoes but he hasn't sent them back. I leave it to you to judge.
