Mi è stato regalato un capo per il mio compleanno mese di gennaio, con la possibilità di cambio nel giro di una settimana in quanto poco fornito per periodo di saldi. Dopo che io mi sono recata per ben due volte nel negozio nell’arco di un mese e mezzo senza essere soddisfatta per mancanza di merce, oggi purtroppo lo scontrino è scaduto e il cambio non è più possibile. Il commesso mi ha dato la colpa di non esserci andata per tempo !!!! Premetto che sono andata apposta per ben 3 volte a Sanremo

I was given a garment for my birthday in January, with the possibility of exchange within a week as it is not supplied for the sales period. After I went to the shop twice within a month and a half without being satisfied for lack of goods, today unfortunately the receipt has expired and the exchange is no longer possible. The clerk blamed me for not having gone there in time !!!! I state that I went to Sanremo on purpose 3 times
