L’accordo contrattuale prevedeva, come primo servizio, il pagamento complessivo alla consegna del girato, visionato ed approvato. All’ultimo momento ci è stato comunicato che avrebbero pagato l’80% del totale alla consegna, il restante 20% ( €. 100,00) la settimana dopo. Mi sono fidato! Dopo oltre quattro mesi e numerosi solleciti non ci è ancora stato pagato il saldo. All’inizio continuavano a dire che avrebbero provveduto nei giorni successivi, poi non hanno nemmeno più risposto. Per 100 euro ci sembra veramente meschino. Che dire? Noi restiamo fiduciosi che capiranno che per 100 €. non è il caso di fare una figuraccia così! In December 2021, K Motion contacted us for a video shoot of a theatrical show. The contractual agreement provided, as a first service, the total payment upon delivery of the film, viewed and approved. At the last moment we were informed that they would pay 80% of the total upon delivery, the remaining 20% (€. 100.00) the following week. I trusted! After more than four months and numerous reminders, the balance has not yet been paid. At first they kept saying that they would do so in the following days, then they didn't even reply anymore. For 100 euros it seems really mean. What to say? We remain confident that they will understand that for 100 €. there is no need to make a fool like that!
