★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio clienti é veramente scandaloso, indegno di una società di quel livello. Sono un tifoso ho regalato la J1897 (per due volte!!!) a mio figlio per poter andare assieme allo stadio ma non ho ricevuto niente da più di un anno. Abito in Svizzera trovo ridicolo che dall'estero non si possa comunicare telefonicamente con qualcuno (per una società che vuole darsi una rilevanza internazionale!!). Visto che per e-mail non si riesce a comunicare con nessuno dato che nessuno risponde.

 Customer service is truly outrageous, unworthy of a company of that level. I'm a fan I gave the J1897 (twice !!!) to my son to be able to go together to the stadium but I haven't received anything for more than a year. I live in Switzerland I find it ridiculous that from abroad you can't communicate with someone by phone (for a company that wants to give itself an international importance !!). Since by e-mail you cannot communicate with anyone because nobody answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richieste 2 tessera tifoso a Marzo: una arrivata ad Aprile e l'altra continuano a chiedere ricevuta di pagamento Pay Pal già inviata più volte .
Addirittura alle ultime mail di mia figlia, che è lei che le ha regalate, non hanno nemmeno risposto.
Persone poco serie, non hanno nemmeno un telefono o un recapito stradale dove trovarli.
Peccato per la società, che alla fine ci mette la faccia!!!
2 fan card requests in March: one arrived in April and the other continue to request a payment receipt from Pay Pal already sent several times.
Even the latest emails from my daughter, who is the one who gave them, have not even responded.
Untrustworthy people, they don't even have a phone or a street number to find them.
Too bad for the company, which in the end puts us face !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande squadra ma pessimo servizio clienti. Ho inviato tutti i documenti per ricevere la tessera del tifoso compreso il pagamento a ottobre 2015 e ancora oggi sto aspettando di riceverla nonostante ripetute email e soldi buttati per chiamare 899 senza neanche riuscire a parlare con qualcuno. Bellissimo sentire l'inno anche al telefono però dai così è prendere in giro le persone.
Great team but bad customer service. I sent all the documents to receive the fan card including the payment in October 2015 and I am still waiting to receive it despite repeated emails and money thrown away to call 899 without even being able to talk to someone. Beautiful to hear the hymn on the phone too, but by that it is to make fun of people.
