★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta colpita dal servizio post vendita, efficiente e di grande gentilezza: in aeroporto avevo acquistato due paia di occhiali da sole, in scatola chiusa, di cui uno è risultato difettato. Naturalmente non sarei potuta ripassare in aeroporto per cambiarlo, dunque la Sig.ra Annalisa del punto vendita Roma Fiumicino, contattata al telefono, ne ha ordinato un altro paio e lo ha fatto recapitare in un altro punto vendita in città dove avrei potuto ritirarlo. Il tutto tenendomi sempre aggiornata via mail, in modo che non mi recassi a vuoto. Questa attenzione al cliente e questa precisione non sono usuali e quando ci sono fanno la differenza.
I was struck by the after-sales service, efficient and very kind: at the airport I had bought two pairs of sunglasses, in a closed box, one of which was found to be defective. Of course I could not have gone back to the airport to change it, so Mrs. Annalisa from the Rome Fiumicino store, contacted by phone, ordered another pair and had it delivered to another store in the city where I could pick it up. All while always keeping me updated via email, so that I did not go empty. This attention to the customer and this precision are not usual and when they are there they make the difference.
