★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venti giorni fa ho ordinato delle mascherine pagandole tramite PayPal dopo che mi era stato assicurato che le avrei ricevute entro 3 giorni lavorativi. Non vedendole arrivare ho chiesto delucidazioni e mi è stato detto ( solo dopo aver chiesto io spiegazioni) che non vedevano il pagamento. Così vado su PayPal e vedo che il pagamento non è stato accettato ( chi riceve il denaro su PayPal deve accettare il pagamento). A questo punto contatto di nuovo la ditta la quale mi dice che avrebbe controllato più tardi ( veramente poca professionalità) Non sento niente per qualche altro giorno e quando scrivo per l'ennesima volta mi viene detto in maniera sbrigativa che forse sono le poste ad avere un ritardo!!! Roba da matti!! Ah dimenticavo ad oggi ancora non sono arrivate, in compenso i soldi li hanno presi.
 Twenty days ago I ordered masks and paid for them through PayPal after I was assured that I would receive them within 3 business days. Not seeing them arrive, I asked for explanations and was told (only after having asked for explanations) that they did not see the payment. So I go to PayPal and see that the payment has not been accepted (whoever receives the money on PayPal must accept the payment). At this point I contact the company again which tells me that he would have checked later (very little professionalism) I don't feel anything for a few more days and when I write for the umpteenth time I am told in a hasty way that maybe it's the post office that has a delay!!! Crazy stuff!! Oh I forgot to date they have not yet arrived, on the other hand they took the money.
