I brought 2 dogs and I asked for full grooming and instead of to wash my dogs with shampoo and water he sprayed DRY SHAMPOO!!!! 3. He didn’t wash my dogs, didn’t cut nails, didn’t not clean and cut them really badly!!! 4. My dog have allergies for dry shampoo he used and I have to bring them to veterinary and now they are on medication!!!! 5. When I asked him why did he use DRY SHAMPOO he won’t admit the truth! While my dogs was sprayed all over with powder and smells really dirty and my veterinarian said that they got allergies for dry shampoo!!! Plus he charged me 60€ for “FAKE FULL GROOMING” Please don’t trust his reviews in Google is absolutely not true! Is MOST HORRIBLE GROOMING in Florence!!!!!
