Negozio molto ben curato e fornito, prezzi in linea con il mercato (anzi ho notato che molti prezzi sono molto più convenienti rispetto ad altre catene molto conosciute) e con le promo interne si risparmia veramente tanto. I ragazzi gentili e preparati. Ci vediamo tra qualche giorno per il ritiro dei crocchi per il mio rott ;-) I entered out of curiosity because I like pet shops and I had seen the advertisements on the net for the search for staff ... Ho comprato un osso della kong... pagato 15 euro, fatto sta che il cane nemmeno lo ha messo in bocca e si è spezzato in 3 parti... la plastica era cotta, vecchia e cristallizzata... dopo 5 gg sono andata a chiedere se potessi sostituirlo con scontrino alla mano, la ragazza dapprima ha fatto le foto dove si vedeva palesemente che non c'era nemmeno un buco di dente, l'osso era spaccato perfettamente in 3 parti... quando ho chiesto il cambio prodotto mi ha detto che loro non cambiano nulla, perché il prodotto è uscito integro dal negozio... grazie al piffero... altrimenti non l'avrei portato... premetto che ho un'altro osso uguale che nel tempo è dorato più di 2 anni... cari miei avete toppato in pieno... avete sbagliato persona in pieno! A mai più rivederci... come potete vedere dalle foto non c'è nemmeno un forellino di dente...
