★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un semplice ricambio della batteria di un aspirapolvere, ho aspettato più di 2 mesi senza ricevere alcuna informazione dal titolare. Non volendo più aspettare, l'ho contattato e mi ha comunicato che i pezzi di ricambio sarebbero arrivati non prima di altri due mesi. Quindi, primo problema: tempistiche e totale assenza di comunicazione con il cliente. Secondo problema: i costi del servizio. Richieste somme esageratamente alte per prodotti reperibili sui principali rivenditori online a prezzi anche più bassi della metà di quelli richiesti.
Ciliegina sulla torta, pagamento del deposito del prodotto dopo due mesi senza sapere nulla. Che sia questo il suo principale introito? Direi che è meglio stare alla larga da questa tipologia di persone.

Ha cambiato il filo con uno lungo la metà utilizzando una presa scomodissima e poi mi ha venduto a parte il filo della mia aspirapolvere trasformato in prolunga. Ho pagato 30 euro per la riparazione e 10 euro per il filo avanzato. Probabilmente non ho capito nulla e sì, ha fatto il controllo, mi scuso per questa omissione. Ma il filo, visto che me l'ha venduto per altri 10 €, poteva senz'altro riutilizzarlo non per una prolunga ma tenerlo per l'elettrodomestico. A meno che Lei si sia sbagliato a dire 30€ prima di darmi la prolunga e poi abbia detto 40...
