★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colloquio per niente professionale e senza limiti di domande, andando pure molto nel personale! Mi sembrava di dover parlare con un'amica di lunga data e invece avevo davanti una signora mai vista prima!
Sono una madre giovanissima e mi è stato addirittura chiesto se il bambino fosse voluto o capitato, chi lo mantenesse, se andavo d'accordo col padre... insomma argomenti che ad un colloquio di lavoro cosa c'entrano?
Mi ero candidata per una posizione di impiegata amministrativa part-time, mi è stato chiesto il perchè, ho risposto per mio figlio di 1 anno. Dopo sono iniziate una serie di domande scomode e a dir poco inappropriate. Sono sicura che non fossero argomenti inerenti al fatto che fossi o meno "adeguata" a quell'opportunità lavorativa.
La signora, sottolineo che era una donna, ha avuto una leggerezza e un coraggio a dir poco impressionante nel spingersi a fare domande così personali. Ed è pure una donna, magari una madre.
Spero di non avere più un colloquio del genere, di tenere le cose private come tali e se mai vorrò dirle di mia spontanea volontà lo farò. Ma tocca a me, non ad un'agenzia. Presa dall'agitazione e nel tentativo di fare una bella figura, ho risposto con molto imbarazzo. Al momento non sono stata in grado di rispondere a tono o di mettere in chiaro che certe cose devono rimanere fuori da un colloquio perchè non c'entrano assolutamente nulla. Mi serve un lavoro e sono stata presa alla sprovvista con domande a dir poco spiacevoli! Purtroppo ho pure risposto e me ne pento.
Spero che riassumiate la professionalità che una vera agenzia deve avere. Saluti.

I am a very young mother and I was even asked if the child was wanted or happened, who kept him, if I got along with his father ... in short, what matters to do with a job interview?
I applied for a part-time administrative clerk position, I was asked why, I answered for my 1 year old son. Then a series of awkward and nothing short of inappropriate questions began. I'm sure they weren't arguments relating to whether or not I was "adequate" for that job opportunity.
The lady, I stress that she was a woman, had a lightness and a courage to say the least impressive in pushing herself to ask such personal questions. And she is also a woman, perhaps a mother.
I hope not to have an interview like that anymore, to keep things private as such and if I ever want to tell them of my own free will I will. But it's up to me, not an agency. Taken by agitation and trying to make a good impression, I replied with a lot of embarrassment. At the moment I have not been able to respond in kind or to make it clear that certain things have to stay out of an interview because they have absolutely nothing to do with it. I need a job and was taken aback with unpleasant questions to say the least! Unfortunately I also replied and I regret it.
