★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 09/02/2018 SAREBBE DOVUTO arrivare un pacco da Amazon, non è arrivato grazie a Hermes Villa San Giovanni.
Oggi 12/02/2018 (dopo 3 giorni fermo nel loro deposito) il pacco non verrà consegnato, questo è quello che mi hanno detto dopo averli contattati. Loro consegnano solo a giorni alterni (martedì,giovedì) ma invece consegnano anche il lunedì anche se hanno poche consegne (Si questa porcata è già capitata con la stessa dinamica) quindi non solo non rispettano le consegne, fanno anche il c...o che gli pare. Che dire lo schifo più totale (con gli altri corrieri è sempre arrivato tutto puntuale).
P.S. Le recensioni 5 stelle ultra positive dei dipendenti e dei parenti sono da bambini....migliorate il servizio gente!!!!!
 On 09/02/2018 IT WOULD HAVE HAD to get a parcel from Amazon, it didn't arrive thanks to Hermes Villa San Giovanni.
Today 12/02/2018 (after 3 days in their warehouse) the package will not be delivered, this is what they told me after contacting them. They deliver only on alternate days (Tuesday, Thursday) but instead they also deliver on Monday even if they have few deliveries (Yes this bullshit has already happened with the same dynamic) so not only do they not respect the deliveries, they also do the c ... o what he likes. What about the most total crap (with other couriers everything has always arrived on time).
P.S. The ultra positive 5 star reviews of the employees and relatives are from children .... improve the service people !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, mi chiamano, non rispondo subito, riprovo più volte dopo soli 5 minuti senza avere risposte, riprovo a chiamare il giorno dopo e mi viene detto che il corriere ha mandato il pacco indietro perché a casa non c era nessuno.
A casa non e nemmeno venuto, e vedendo che non ho risposto al cel, poteva fare come gli altri corrieri che lasciano l avviso e ritornano in giorno dopo alla stessa ora, loro no, subito il pacco indietro...Ora devo contattare il mittente in modo da sbloccare la spedizione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicoli a dir poco. Fate prima ad andare a prendervi il pacco dal mittente prima di affidarlo a loro.
Magicamente scrivono indirizzi a caso, fanno finta di consegnare, non rispondono alle chiamate manco per sbaglio.
Oltre al danno la beffa, l'unica maniera data l'urgenza e le continue frottole del servizio cliente è stato andato fino alla filiale facendo 2 ore di macchina in zona rossa per prendere il pacco.
Quanto vi manca a chiudere definitivamente? Fareste un favore al mondo.
Ridiculous to say the least. First go and get the package from the sender before entrusting it to them.
Magically they write addresses at random, they pretend to deliver, they don't answer calls even by mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior servizio in assoluto, trattano male ti fanno sentire come se non ti dovessero nulla quando il pacco era nel loro deposito per una settimana, non si è assunto alcuna responsabilità e mi ha fatto aspettare l'1: 30 fino al corriere che dovrebbe far arrivare il mio pacco. Servizio davvero pessimo ma soprattutto pessimo supporto clienti
Worst service ever, they treat badly make you feel like they owe you nothing when the package was in their storage for a week, took no responsibility and made me wait 1:30 until the courier is supposed to deliver get my parcel. Really bad service but most of all bad customer support
