★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even shop is empty and three people works, they don’t do fresh Waffel. Was quite cold and hard. There for hard to recommend here. Looks nice but no quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. We were placed in a table without a bear. Cafe was empty. We wanted to take a pic with a bear. A waitress disallowed. Waited 30 to place an order. Waitress was busy with Cleaning the floor. Food? Ordinary sugar.

Plus the company is great: there is a giant teddy bear at every table! ?
