Ho acquistato la macchina presso Frosinone (tutto bene) per il ritiro ho preferito Latina, nn lo avessi mai fatto. Un ora e trema per la burocrazia con commenti inopportuni sul volere dell’auto ed altro, per spigarmi la macchina ho dovuto usare YouTube perché non sapevano come funzionava. Una stella è anche troppo.
 Rude and inadequate are the two adjectives that best describe the service I received. I bought the car at Frosinone (all good) for the pickup I preferred Latina, I had never done so. An hour and trembles from the bureaucracy with inappropriate comments on the will of the car and more, to explain the car I had to use YouTube because they did not know how it worked. One star is too much.
