★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata una jeep compass un mese fa: si è , da subito accesa la spia motore, e pur avendo portato l'auto alla loro officina x 7 volte, non sanno che pesci prendere. Addirittura il venditore ha insinuato che avessimo messo dell'acqua nel serbatoio. L'ultima ieri: lasciata l'auto in officina venerdì scorso x risolvere definitivamente il problema, non venivamo mai chiamati x fine lavori. Per fortuna lo abbiamo fatto ieri e candidamente ci hanno detto, che per fortuna l'abbiamo fatto, xché loro avrebbe chiuso x ferie oggi. Alle nostre rimostranze, si sono giustificati, dicendo che era rimasto un solo meccanico e non poteva fare tutto.

Purchased a jeep compass a month ago: the engine warning light came on immediately, and despite having taken the car to their workshop 7 times, they don't know what to do. Even the seller implied that we had put water in the tank. The last one yesterday: left the car in the workshop last Friday x to solve the problem definitively, we were never called x to finish the work. Luckily we did it yesterday and candidly they told us, that luckily we did it, because they would have closed for holidays today. To our grievances, they justified themselves, saying that there was only one mechanic left and could not do everything.
