Veloce, sveglia, rapida nel risolvere i problemi, bravissima nel fare le pieghe e nel consigliare i clienti su colore e taglio. Personalmente la adoro! Vorrei incontrare sempre persone come lei nei negozi in cui vado! Insostituibile! Ho provato anche il servizio trucco e acconciatura… top!!!! I usually need Jessica, who is really GOOD! I capelli ricci non sono facili ma quando ho detto alla ragazza se le sembrava una piega mi ha risposto che erano i miei capelli ad essere crespi. Mi sono presentata con un po' di scetticismo ma dopo 10 minuti mi sono subito ricreduta. La ragazza, Nierina, che si occupava di me è stata molto brava, all'inizio un po' incerta ma sotto la guida della titolare Marta, ha man mano preso sicurezza. E ha eseguito, con molta umiltà e voglia di imparare, un ottimo lavoro di colore, taglio e piega (ho capelli molto lunghi e riccissimi). Sempre gentile e con il sorriso sulle labbra. La titolare senza interferire troppo, era sempre molto vigile e attenta. Entrambe mi hanno anche insegnato delle soluzioni per gestire il mio riccio a casa. Alla fine è stato un pomeriggio di relax e di coccole, inaspettato e piacevole. E sicuramente tornerò anche da cliente.
