r	rossana ruggieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entri nel “Negozio/laboratorio” e sei ben accolto, vi è anche un angolo bar dove viene offerto del caffè . . . purtroppo però, come ci è stato insegnato, non è tutto oro quel che luccica . . anzi!!! In previsione della gara di ginnastica ritmica di mia figlia mi è stato consigliato di rivolgermi a questa azienda per la produzione del body da gara … mai lo avessi fatto!! Dal 19 novembre 2016, giorno in cui è stata fatta la bozza e presi tutti gli accordi necessari (purtroppo verbalmente!!) è iniziato il delirio. Siamo passati di settimana in settimana a continue proroghe sulla consegna. A nulla sono valse le numerose telefonate fatte (poi anche negate!!) nelle quali si riferiva che avevano avuto dei problemi con l’attrezzatura, con i dipendenti ammalati . . . L’avvicinarsi sempre più immediato della data della gara fissato per il 19 febbraio, stanca di non avere nessuna data certa e informata la responsabile che non avevamo altri body da far indossare alla bimba,mi hanno portata a perdere la pazienza chiedendo la consegna entro il 9.2.2017! Risultato?? Il 10.2.2017 mi sono vista recapitare dal loro avvocato un A/B con la restituzione della quota versata in acconto e con la giustificazione che ormai il rapporto di fiducia era venuto meno e pertanto non avrebbero più messo in produzione il body per la gara del 19 febbraio!!! … ed ora? Grazie alla serietà e competenza di un’azienda che si è rilevato essere tutt’altro che ciò, dopo circa 4 mesi di allenamento una bimba di soli dieci anni si troverà ad avere una grande delusione causata dall’incompetenza altrui. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI RIVOLGERSI A LORO. We went from week to week to continuous extensions on delivery. A number of phone calls made (later denied !!) in which he reported that they had had problems with the equipment, with the sick employees were of no use. . . The approaching date of the race fixed for February 19, getting tired of having no certain date and informed the manager that we had no other body to wear for the girl, brought me to lose patience asking for delivery by 09/02/2017! Result?? On 10.2.2017 I saw an A / B delivered by their lawyer with the return of the amount paid on account and with the justification that by now the relationship of trust had disappeared and therefore they would no longer put into production the body for the tender of 19 February !!! … and now? Thanks to the seriousness and competence of a company that found itself to be anything but that, after about 4 months of training, a girl of only ten years will find herself having a great disappointment caused by the incompetence of others. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU REFER TO THEM.
