Se avrò bisogno tornerò sicuramente da loro. I turned to them for advice in November and they were very nice and friendly, but above all professional, they showed me the various alternatives to be taken for my case and the various advice from them. If I need it I will definitely go back to them.

s	samu5 d'un on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recato presso questo negozio per acquistare un toner per la mia stampate mi sono fidato di lui facendomi dare un compatibile non originale ma quando sono tornato a casa mettendo la cartuccia nella mia stampante ho provato a fare una copia di prova e mi inceppava la carta nella stampante invece inserendo quella originale questa cosa non succedeva ho ricontattato il negoziante per telefono spiegando la mia problematica e lui all’inizio mi ha risposto alterato dicendo che problema era della stampante ma non era della stampante lui mi ha proposto di portare la cartuccia indietro proponendomi una originale facendomela pagare due volte….io sarrei per prendere la cartuccia e portagliela alla porta lasciandogliela li mi dispiace ma devo dire che questo comportamento verso i clienti non va bene…. IMPARATE A FARE IL PROPRIO LAVORO INVECE DI INFINOCCHIARE I CLIENTI FACENDOGLI BUTTAR ALTRI SOLDI FUORI "SIAMO TUTTI INFORMATICI" VEROGNIA Today I went to this shop to buy a toner for my printer I trusted him by giving me a non-original compatible but when I came home putting the cartridge in my printer I tried to make a test copy and it jammed the paper in the printer instead by inserting the original one this thing did not happen I contacted the shopkeeper by phone explaining my problem and he at first replied altered saying that the problem was with the printer but it was not with the printer he proposed to bring the cartridge back proposing me an original making me pay for it twice… .I would be to take the cartridge and bring it to him at the door leaving it to him I'm sorry but I must say that this behavior towards customers is not good…. LEARN TO DO YOUR OWN JOB INSTEAD OF INFINOCLING CUSTOMERS BY MAKING THEM THROW MORE MONEY OUT "WE ARE ALL COMPUTERS" VEROGNIA
