★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo ad Alcamo Marina sono collegato con questa azienda da Agosto 2017, non ho mai avuto nessun problema di connessione, e navigo sempre ad una velocita di circa 10 -12 Mb superiore a quella dichiara dal provider, nonostante a casa abbiamo diversi dispositivi collegati contemporaneamente riusciamo tutti a navigare senza difficoltà alcuna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la medinetworks manda a casa mia tre dico tre installatori con mezzi professionali!ma il capo mi trova dieci scuse per nn mettere l'antenna! guardandoli non è facile capire che nn hanno voglia .c'è vento fa freddo! comunque ci dispiace buongiorno!? Resto basito chissà le balle raccontate al responsabile. Chiamo la DBCOM ,così a caso e arriva Sergio guarda e c'è qualche difficoltà! è solo voglia di lavorare e riesce a trovarmi la soluzione!! bravo!!non è stato facile,ma per sua e mia soddisfazione installa...sugli stessi ripetitori che la squadra Brancaleone desiste! Ora Io dico merito a chi a voglia di affrontare le sfide!?e a portare un contatto alla Azienda.Gaspare Mancuso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti inesistente. Contratto da 8mgps che va a mala pena a 0,045kbps quando non è limitato. Continui tentativi di risolvere i problemi che vanno a vuoto con un "contatteremo un tecnico" che non avviene mai. Appena finisce la quarantena disdire sarà la prima cosa che farò.
Customer service does not exist. 8mgps contract that barely goes to 0.045kbps when it's not limited. Continuous attempts to solve problems that fail with a "we will contact a technician" that never happens. As soon as the quarantine ends, canceling will be the first thing I will do.

Risultato?
La stessa identica cosa 1 mega bite al secondo e sn costretto a far la disdetta.
Anche perché in 3 anni di problemi oltre a dirmi é il modem nn si sono interessati nel trovar altre cause quindi ciao ve lo sconsiglio?
I have a contract of 8 megs per second in 3 years and almost never reached 8 megs and they advised me to connect with the cable.

The same thing as 1 mega bite per second and sn forced to cancel.
Also because in 3 years of problems in addition to telling me it is the modem I was interested in finding other causes so hello I do not recommend it
