Alla richiesta di un cambio di prodotto difettato,mascara rotto, mai aperto, non aperto davanti al cliente come di solito fatto, sono stata sbeffeggiata telefonicamente. Impossibilitata a fare il cambio prima perché positiva al covid. Non acquisteró da voi neanche piú uno shampoo.
Customer for more than 5 years, treated very badly. When asked for a change of defective product, broken mascara, never opened, not opened in front of the customer as usually done, I was mocked by telephone. Unable to make the change before because it is positive for the covid. I will not buy a shampoo from you anymore.
