 A place like this should really be in a metropolis, for the quality level of the raw materials, the dishes and the service. Here I really understood what Japanese eating is!

The waiter has offered us pork chops instead of the unavailable wagyu steak (starting with an example of ignorance of the staff about the food they’re serving), and then proceeded to bring us a “wagyu tartare” which was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten. It would only be worse if it was previously left outside for a month next to a compost bin. After that breathtaking fiasco, we were again disappointed in our main course, which was a plate of sashimi, sushi, nigiri and rolls which by quality were not far from those of the local supermarket. However, at least the ones in the supermarket are not defiled by unexplained slices of orange that certainly don’t belong next to sushi. The presentation was the least of our problems, but I can’t help myself not to comment about how tasteless, vulgar, unrefined and uncreative it was. Watching a 5-minute YouTube video would make you a better chef. An outrageous rip off.
