Non ci stanno alternative oltre alla carne e patatine. La carne era buona l'ambiente all'aperto tranquillo. We found ourselves in this place because others were full. Meat restaurant. Grilled and smoked. More for meat lovers. There are no alternatives other than meat and chips. The meat was good in the quiet outdoor setting.

Gli ombrelloni sono tutti storti e rovinati dal vento ma ci vuole davvero poco per rimetterli in sesto, il cliente DEVE trovarli pronti per essere utilizzati ogni giorno. L’acqua della piscina rimane “opaca” forse mancata manutenzione giornaliera. All’ingresso assicurarsi sempre di avere personale formato e in grado di dare tutte le info. Per il resto potrebbe dare di più, per esempio si potrebbe predisporsi per il pranzo, offrire al cliente qualche servizio in più oltre ai cocktail a bordo piscina. (O magari informare il cliente all’arrivo se questi servizi ci sono, noi non l’abbiamo capito) La clientela è composta principalmente da famiglie, sarebbe un introito importante e un bell’investimento. La struttura è valida, serve impegnarsi di più per evitare che “scada” come tutti i locali del ragusano. Sbrigatevi prima che sia troppo tardi. The pool water remains "opaque" perhaps due to lack of daily maintenance. At the entrance, always make sure you have trained staff able to provide all the information. For the rest it could give more, for example you could prepare for lunch, offer the customer some more services in addition to cocktails by the pool. (Or maybe inform the customer upon arrival if these services exist, we have not understood it) The clientele is mainly made up of families, which would be an important income and a good investment. Attirano i clienti con una location accattivante in riva al mare ma tutto il resto è scadente e molto costoso. 45 minuti di attesa a locale vuoto in cui ti fanno consumare bibite e cocktail che dovrai riordinare per mangiare... e fino a qui tutto normale anche se ti fa incazzare. Cameriere che arriva, dopo essere stato sollecitato e dice che era tutto pronto ma nessuno ci portava le ordinazioni. Evitate assolutamente l’antipasto Jambo misti salumi tipici e formaggi tipici perché vi arrivano, per ben 12 euro, 5 fettine invisibili di formaggio e 6 fette di salumi ( compresa la famosissima mortadella siciliana) che di siciliano hanno ben poco. Idem per l’antipasto di bresaola rucola e grana. Passiamo ai sandwich... velo pietoso... sandwich al tacchino , che credo sia la cosa più facile del mondo da fare, senza il tacchino. Piadina con mozzarella e prosciutto che galleggiava nell’acqua della mozzarella.... ma dai.... possibile fregarsene a questi livelli? Conto 90 euro in 4. Ammetto che 24 euro erano soft drink e magari la sera cambia tutto ma se passate di lì a pranzo, state lontani. Guys, don't be fooled by the outward appearance of the place. In particolare abbiamo approfittato della cena del mercoledi sera, accompagnati dalle note jazz, siamo stati serviti e coccolati dallo staff e dallo Chef. Piatti ottimi e per nulla scontati, in particolare abbiamo assaggiato un filetto al caffè assolutamente consigliato, per non parlare delle trofie al pesto di mandorle, rigorosamente fresco e delicato. Potrei definire la serata " un viaggio sensoriale", assolutamente da provare! P.s.rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!
