Ha aperto lei stessa la confezione che già prima non era chiusa da nessun sigillo. Mi ha chiesto di ritornare con il telefono ma non essendomi possibile essendo il telefono non mio, ed avendo urgente bisogno del prodotto l’ho acquistato in fiducia. Purtroppo la cover è risultata troppo grande. A distanza di 2 giorni siamo tornati per chiedere il cambio del prodotto che ci è stato negato in malo modo dicendoci che ormai il prodotto lo avevamo acquistato e c’è lo dobbiamo tenere. Per me, a differenza loro evidentemente, trattandosi di 5€ ho lasciato correre. Di sicuro non tornerò più e sconsiglierò a chiunque nella zona di recarsi presso questo negozio soprattutto per la maleducazione e la poca professionalità di chi ci lavora.
