Premetto che sono una buona forchetta e mi capita spesso di andare a mangiare in ristoranti e devo dire che in questo locale si mangia proprio un eccellente sushi ed era un po’ di tempo che non ne mangiavo di così buoni. Il pesce fresco è di ottima qualità, menù ampio e vario, prezzi piu' che onesti, materia prima eccellente, lavorata e trasformata in un ottimo prodotto. Molto vicino alla cucina tradizionale giapponese, naturalmente riadattata per rispettare una clientela occidentale. Ma dietro si sente perfettamente che c’è un gran lavoro di ricerca e di preparazione. Vi consiglio I joe special una “pallina” di riso avvolta in una fettina di salmone con sopra un gambero rosso di Mazara e una piacevole salsina. Strepitosa anche la versione con la capa Santa. Be ora non vi tocca che provare consigliassimo, le altre cinque stelle le aggiungo qui ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A pleasant surprise, with views of the famous walls of the Citadel. Stra - Consigliato a chi soffre di celiachia e altre allergie, anche la tempura è senza glutine e lo chef, e i camerieri sono molto attenti! Ritornerò! I piatti sono preparati con estrema cura, un piacere sia per gli occhi sia per il palato! Personale educato gentile ma soprattutto preparato, location fantastica ai piedi delle mura di Cittadella….in poche parole se non ci siete mai stati dovete andarci! I state that loving raw fish and eating sushi very often I am particularly critical and pretentious but .... nothing to say about this restaurant except: excellent! The dishes are prepared with extreme care, a pleasure for both the eyes and the palate! Polite polite but above all prepared staff, fantastic location at the foot of the walls of Cittadella .... in a nutshell if you've never been there you have to go!
