Shop with a wide range of products, including children's clothing and shoes. I also bought a very fragrant limited edition candle. Pleasant and high level atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo brand e negozio ubicato nel quadrilatero della moda milanese. L'esercizio commerciale è su due piani. Durante il periodo dei saldi al piano terra c'è la merce in sconto mentre al primo la nuova collezione a prezzo pieno.
Il primo giorno dei saldi invernali mi sono recato nel flagship store e sono rimasto oltremodo deluso.
Prima cosa ho aspettato 20 minuti prima che qualcuno mi servisse o mi rivolgesse la parola (capisco i 4 commessi occupati ma non un cenno di saluto).
Seconda cosa poca attenzione verso il cliente ossia, dopo aver chiesto un paio di jeans e aver avuto una scelta (abbastanza limitata in taglie e modelli) ho dovuto chiedere io se avessero anche un maglione da abbinare.
Nessuno ha chiesto se avessi voluto altro per me o per i mei.
Il direttore che faceva cassa si è scusato e mi ha detto che all'indomani avrebbe chiamato più personale (Il primo giorno dei saldi per giunta di sabato e ha poco personale?).
Continuerò ad acquistare i denim di questo prestigioso marchio italiano che a mio parere sono fantastici, ma da un'altra parte.
Excellent brand and shop located in the Milanese fashion district. The business is on two floors. During the sales period on the ground floor there is the merchandise on sale while on the first floor there is the new collection at full price.
On the first day of the winter sales I went to the flagship store and was extremely disappointed.
First I waited 20 minutes for someone to serve me or speak to me (I understand the 4 busy shop assistants but not a nod).
Secondly, little attention to the customer, that is, after asking for a pair of jeans and having had a choice (quite limited in sizes and models) I had to ask if they also had a sweater to match.
Nobody asked if I wanted anything else for me or me.
The manager who made the checkout apologized and told me that he would call more staff the next day (the first day of the sales also on a Saturday and he has few staff?).
I will continue to buy the denims of this prestigious Italian brand which in my opinion are fantastic, but somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went to Milano for holidays and I was looking forward to visit this boutique since in Spain is an almost impossible task to find Jacob Cohen for women. The boutique and the staff definitely met my really high expectations: aside from the Jacob Cohen unarguable quality, the place was really beautiful with superb clothes you probably won't find anywhere else and a lovely staff, extremely kind and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you want to find high quality denim and clothes.
