★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso coupon che comprendeva: colpi di luce, taglio e piega ... mi voleva chiedere 30€ in più se facevo i colpi di tonalità rosso dicendomi che era specificato nel coupon, ma non era vero.
Mi ha insultato, minacciato di chiamare i carabinieri e sbattuto fuori dal negozio solo perché volevo delle spiegazioni in merito.
Prima di arrivare avevo avvisato ( per correttezza) di un mio ritardo di dieci minuti. Al telefono mi aveva detto che non c'erano problemi e di prendermela con calma.
Ma quando sono arrivata, e dopo aver aspettato un quarto d'ora per finire la signora prima di me, mi ha accusato di essere arrivata in ritardo.
NON HO PAROLE, NON HO MAI AVUTO A CHE FARE CON UNA PERSONA COSÌ INSULSA!
